Emotional Empowerment and Freedom from Stress

There is much more to overall health and well-being than just physical fitness. Achieving happiness and vitality means empowering oneself. The program I have designed for the workforce and individuals, titled “Be Empowered,” is a three-part coaching program (foundational level, intermediate level, and advanced level) aimed at helping individuals and teams become their most productive selves, even in today’s demanding and overwhelming environment. Managing emotions such as anger, frustration, fear, and worry, which are common in the workplace, is crucial. It is also important to understand the impact of unprocessed emotions on well-being. How can we cultivate a mindful workforce that is present and aware of daily workplace demands? What is mindfulness, and how does it benefit and reflect on workforce performance? Being empowered with mindfulness means achieving emotional freedom and experiencing physical vibrance.

Last evening, I had the pleasure of hosting the inaugural Women’s Leadership Roundtable Conference in partnership with the Qatar British Business Forum (QBBF) in Doha. 

The main purpose of the roundtable was to highlight the importance of establishing workplace wellness as an integral part of corporate culture. 

As a certified practitioner in Emotional Freedom & Stress Management, I guided corporate leaders, influencers, and distinguished guests through the “Be Empowered” program designed for corporate environments. The primary aim of this roundtable was to equip working professionals with effective techniques to manage and reduce stress. 

Our ultimate goal is to create a happier and healthier workforce, enabling individuals to bring their best selves to the workplace while achieving a better work-life. 

The conference took place at the Al Messila Resort & Spa in Doha and concluded with participating organizations outlining their wellness goals and initiatives, which can be implemented to foster a culture of workplace wellness.
