Emotional Empowerment and Freedom from Stress
There is much more to overall health and well-being than just physical fitness. Achieving happiness and vitality means empowering oneself. The program I have designed for the workforce and individuals, titled “Be Empowered,” is a three-part coaching program (foundational level, intermediate level, and advanced level) aimed at helping individuals and teams become their most productive selves, even in today’s demanding and overwhelming environment. Managing emotions such as anger, frustration, fear, and worry, which are common in the workplace, is crucial. It is also important to understand the impact of unprocessed emotions on well-being. How can we cultivate a mindful workforce that is present and aware of daily workplace demands? What is mindfulness, and how does it benefit and reflect on workforce performance? Being empowered with mindfulness means achieving emotional freedom and experiencing physical vibrance.
For an individual in today’s society; irradicating STRESS in completion is impossible; but we can learn to increase our window of tolerance to Stress

I recently completed four private sessions of EFT with Sharon after joining her stress management masterclass late last year, teaching the benefits and techniques for both emotional and physical wellbeing. Stress affects everyone, in some shape or form, but since learning the tools to manage and de-escalate the negativity within, I have been able to better control my reactions and regulate my emotions which has hugely improved my personal and professional relationships as well as the relationship with myself. One of the biggest takeaways from the sessions was how emotional strain can manifest as physical pain, and that Sharon knew how to relieve the pain with different EFT techniques. Of course I was skeptical at first as I thought the discomfort was just an occupational hazard and could never be fixed, but I was blown away by how such simple movements made a huge impact.
