Emotional Empowerment and Freedom from Stress

There is much more to overall health and well-being than just physical fitness. Achieving happiness and vitality means empowering oneself. The program I have designed for the workforce and individuals, titled “Be Empowered,” is a three-part coaching program (foundational level, intermediate level, and advanced level) aimed at helping individuals and teams become their most productive selves, even in today’s demanding and overwhelming environment. Managing emotions such as anger, frustration, fear, and worry, which are common in the workplace, is crucial. It is also important to understand the impact of unprocessed emotions on well-being. How can we cultivate a mindful workforce that is present and aware of daily workplace demands? What is mindfulness, and how does it benefit and reflect on workforce performance? Being empowered with mindfulness means achieving emotional freedom and experiencing physical vibrance.

For an individual in today’s society; irradicating STRESS in completion is impossible; but we can learn to increase our window of tolerance to Stress

* These expectations are shaped by personal perspectives and upbringing.
* People may impose these norms on others, both knowingly and unknowingly.
* Society often influences how individuals are expected to behave.
* While this may seem normal, individuals should think for themselves from a conscious mind frame.
* True peace, happiness, and empowerment comes from within where certain moments and incidents have defined these positive emotions in your life. Draw upon this instilled peace, happiness and empowerment. 
* Individuals should not let societal norms define their lives and their peace and happiness.
